Bill and Kim are very involved in both the West Deer and their church communities and hold family traditions in very high standards. Before purchasing the tax business, they both made the same promise to their father that he made to his: to step into the shoes of each client and to treat each client as if he or she were their own family member.

William Yanicko, CPA

William Yanicko, CPA

Bill Yanicko was born and raised in Russellton, PA. He attended Transfiguration grade school in Russellton and then graduated from Deer Lakes High School in 2004 with high honors. Following graduation, Bill attended Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, studying in the McKenna School of Business. In 2008, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting and Business Management with honors. Bill became a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2012. He currently holds active licenses in Pennsylvania and Ohio; and is a member of the AICPA, PICPA, and OSCPA. Bill currently still lives in Russellton, and in his spare time enjoys golf, going to Penguins games, and spending time on his family’s farm.

Kimberly Yanicko, MST

Kim Yanicko was born and raised in Russellton, PA. She attended Transfiguration grade school in Russellton and then graduated with honors from North Catholic High School in 2007. She went on to attend Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. After her undergraduate studies, Kim went on to obtain a Master’s of Science degree in Taxation as a Dean’s Scholar from Robert Morris University. Kim has spent the bulk of her career in public accounting enjoying the hustle and bustle of tax season. She currently serves on the board of multiple non-profit organizations and enjoys being of service to her community. Kim currently resides in West Deer Township, PA, with her daughter, Adalynn.

Kiersten Groves

Kiersten Groves attended St. Joseph High School in Natrona Heights and graduated in 2015 before attending Robert Morris University. At Robert Morris, Kiersten was on the dance team for two years and was an active member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity and the Sport Management Association, having held many leadership positions in both organizations. She graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s in Sport Management and Marketing, and a master’s in Data Analytics. After graduation and moving closer to home, she joined the BKY family in 2020. Kiersten enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially the little ones.

Ryan Lemmon

Ryan Lemmon

Ryan Lemmon is a full-time staff accountant at our Russellton location but works a couple of days at our Wintersville location. He grew up in rural Jefferson Township, PA, and graduated from Knoch High School in 2014. Upon graduation, he began his college career at Butler County Community College, and moved on to graduate from La Roche College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management in December of 2018. Ryan’s accounting career started with PricewaterhouseCoopers, in Pittsburgh, PA with a focus on trusts/estates. He then moved from public to corporate accounting at Quality Life Services in Butler, PA for 2 years. When Ryan is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as finding new to places to eat and visit.

Cody Weleski

Cody Weleski

Cody Weleski is a senior accountant working out of the Russellton office for our Russellton and Wintersville locations. He graduated from Knoch High School in 2003. Following graduation, Cody worked as a union electrician as a member of the IBEW. He returned to school and graduated Butler County Community College with an Associate’s degree in Accounting. Cody has been working in the accounting industry for over 9 years with prior work at Hunter Truck Sales and Bobby Rahal automotive groups. He joined the BKY family in the spring of 2022. Cody enjoys spending time with his wife Sara, and two boys Jax and Bray.
